How MCC Tracks Progress
MCC emphasizes achieving and measuring results in its threshold programs. During program development and implementation, MCC works closely with the appropriate government agencies on program design. MCC and the government establish milestones and develop and refine indicators for the threshold program.Program indicators are tracked quarterly by MCC in a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Table that compares project and activity progress to their baselines and program targets.
