Across the African continent, Zambia remains a leader in democracy and investing in its people; however, the country is confronting severe shocks and stresses from food insecurity. This session will delve into the solutions that Zambia, in partnership with the U.S. government, is using to implement policy and institutional reforms, targeted agricultural productivity programming, and other economic growth measures to generate more jobs, food, and overall economic growth.
Leaders from the Government of Zambia, the USG, and private sector will provide greater detail on new investments, partnership opportunities and critical reforms that will transform Zambia’s agriculture sector. Panelists will include:
