Tina Neumann currently serves as the Managing Director of Administrative Services in the Millennium Challenge Corporation’s Department of Administration and Finance.
Ms. Neumann previously served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer in MCC’s Office of the CIO from 2005 to 2015. From December 2014 to August 2015, Ms. Neumann supported the General Services Administration’s Office of Governmentwide Policy working to establish GSA as the lead for the Data Center Optimization Initiative and co-leading the review of agency Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA) responses.
In addition to her federal experience, Ms. Neumann has extensive commercial experience leading and developing information technology transformation programs in support of federal and commercial clients while at America Online, Sallie Mae and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Ms. Neumann holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech. She is a certified PMP and holds Level III Federal Acquisition Certification for Contracting Officer Representatives and Program and Project Managers.
