Jenna Hollander is the Associate Director for International Communications at MCC where she leads the communications of MCC’s investments within partner countries, to international media, and facilitates meaningful story creation to reach domestic audiences. Working closely with local US embassies and local accountable entities, Mrs. Hollander and her team provide communications guidance and support for MCC programs and facilitate media relations to reach international stakeholders. Having personally supported communications across 20 MCC programs, Mrs. Hollander is a firm believer that development projects can go further and achieve greater sustainability when paired with strategic communications.
Prior to joining MCC, Mrs. Hollander furthered tobacco-control policies in low- and middle-income countries at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids where she worked directly with media across 56 countries, provided communications guidance to international grantees, and built international corporate accountability campaigns. Mrs. Hollander holds a B.A. in International Relations from American University in Washington, DC.
