As the Chief Information Officer of the Millennium Challenge Corporation, Christopher Ice is responsible for enterprise-wide management of information systems and coordinates closely with MCC’s Washington D.C. headquarters and its country operations to improve MCC’s ability to capture, analyze, and share data.
Mr. Ice joined MCC in 2016 and has been serving as MCC’s Deputy CIO. He brings extensive public-sector experience to MCC with over 15 years in IT support, management, and leadership positions. Prior to MCC, he served as the Director of Customer Support Services and Director of Production Operations in the office of the CIO at the Peace Corps. He began his career working in higher education for the California State University system.
Mr. Ice spent his childhood overseas due to his family’s work with refugee aid organizations and has lived in Pakistan, Indonesia, Kenya, France, and Switzerland. Mr. Ice earned a B.A. in history from Boston University, speaks French, and is married with two children.
