Clint Howard serves as the Managing Director, Domestic and International Security and is responsible for the Millennium Challenge Corporation’s domestic and international security programs.
Mr. Howard previously served in the USAID Office of Security for seventeen years, holding numerous roles. He was the Washington Security Programs Division Chief, and in that capacity, he oversaw the Domestic Security, USAID Operations Center, Executive Protection, and Information Security branches. He ensured physical, technical, and information security operations support to USAID staff and senior leadership. He also served as the USAID Counterintelligence and Information Security Division Chief, where he was responsible for overseeing the Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, and Information Security branches. He ensured intelligence support to USAID senior leadership and strong connectivity with the U.S. intelligence community.
Mr. Howard is a career law enforcement/security professional who has worked within the international security field for over nineteen years. Most of his career has been within the U.S. Agency for International Development – Office of Security; preceded by the Department of State – Diplomatic Security, FBI Academy, and the U.S. Navy.
Mr. Howard received his bachelor’s degree from National Intelligence University.
