Mongolia Water Compact Signing Ceremony

The ceremony celebrates the signing of the Mongolia Water Compact between the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the Government of Mongolia. MCC’s five-year, $350 million investment will help strengthen Mongolia’s water sector by increasing the sustainable, long-term supply of water to the capital city, Ulaanbaatar. The Government of Mongolia has also committed $111.8 million toward achieving the goals of the compact, among the largest country contributions in MCC’s history.
